If you contact us via email or the contact us page, we are more than happy to look into your requirements, we'll aim to reply the same day.
Orders are processed 1 hour after you order giving you time to make any changes.
To make a change to your order, please contact us by replying to any or your order emails or the contact us page.
Once your order has a fulfilled status we are unable to make any changes, you will need to follow the returns process.

We offer credit accounts to Limited companies, government bodies and charities.
You must have been trading for a minimum of 2 years and have filed your accounts within the last 12 months, we will then do some additional checks and confirm wether you have been sucessfull.
All accounts are payable by the 28th of the following month. (If you order today, then your payment will be due next month on the 28th)
After successful account setup you will be able to place orders via our website and select credit as the payment option.
Invoices are sent within a few days or ordering and prompt payment is expected, we do hold accounts responsible for on time payment especially with our longer than average payment terms. Accounts may be stopped after any late payment.
Limited companies must contact us for an application form
Government bodies, Schools and Charities can email us the following details on a letterhead dated and with the person who is responsible and authorised to set up the account
- The products you wish to order, please try and include printer models
- Registered Number
- The person who is authorised and responsible for payment, including contact number and email.
- Email these details to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will usually confirm your account details the same day and send your order
There is a minimum order of £35 on all credit orders
We do not offer discounts for our website online, we do not offer promotional codes.
We do however keep our prices low for you each time you shop with us.
The easiest way to save even more is by using our own branded cartridges which are guaranteed to not damage your printer and come with longer than original manufactures warranties.
Our daily cut off time is 3pm for same day dispatch, orders placed Saturday, Sunday or on a Public Holiday will be dispatch the following day therefore allowing the cut off to be extended to 10pm.
Orders placed after these times will be dispatched the following day
Currently we accept the following payments however the easiest way to find out is to see what is available at checkout.
Bank Deposit - orders will not be shipped until payment have been received
Credit Account - for use of active credit account holders

We aim to deliver every order next day
Depending on where our stock for your order is this may come to you via a number of different couriers however our current most widely used courier is DHL
We will always aim to get your order to you as fast as we possibly can
All orders come with tracking which is added to your order once shipped
We may need to send parts of your order from different locations so it is not always possible to add tracking to your account however please feel free to contact us.
Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, you will receive and email stating your order is on it's way. You can also check your order status via the order confirmation email or in your account.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday as well as UK public holidays will be processed the next working day, this includes weekends.
If you paid for a courier upgrade and have not recieved your order by the expected time then please contact us.
Sometime we may ship parts of your order from different locations, this may mean your order comes in a number or deliveries, we try our best to minimise this but it is not always possible.
Where possible if your whole order is in stock in one location then we will ship your entire order to save on deliveries and time.
If you have checked everything and all items on your order are marked as shipped or delivered then please get in touch with your order number for us to investigate this.
If there is a probelm with your order then we will always contact you.
You have 7 days to report missing items, after this period you will not be eligeble for a replacement.
To return a product to us, the item MUST be in its original, undamaged packing and in an unused, resalable condition. You should contact us first via email to arrange the return and this needs to be done within 28 days of purchase.
In the unlikely event you need to return a product that may be faulty, please contact us, we'll do our upmost best to get you back up and running in no time!
We will guarantee that your printer warranty will not be disrupted or invalidated by the use or our own brand cartridges.
If in the unlikely even that our cartridges do cause an issue no matter what age your printer is we will arrange for a repaired or replaced if it cannot be repaired
A compatible cartridge is a brand new printer cartridge built by a manufacturer other than your printer. ... Despite any structural differences, they are designed to fit perfectly in your machine and print the same number of pages, just like the OEM cartridge. It is similar to buying the generic version of a OEM product.
With technology being so advanced within the print industry now it is very hard to see any difference. Print technology has changed so much that even if you have tried unbranded cartridges in the past you'll see a vast difference in today's market.
The easiest way you can see a change is the saving's you'll make!
Genuine / Branded / OEM Cartridges
These are manufactured by the original equipment manufacture brand supplier such as HP, Canon or Brother.
Compatible / Remanufactured
These make up the majority of our product line, these are usually manufactured by a third party supplier instead of the original branded supplier.
Compatible cartridges are products that have never been used before and provided by a third party supplier like inkortoner.co.uk
Remanufactured cartridges are cartridges that have been sent for recycling, taken apart, rebuilt and refilled for use as a new cartridge.
The costs of compatibles you'll usually find to be cheaper than a compatible due to the cost of refurbishing a product instead of starting a new cartridge from scratch.
